Andy Makovy

Andy Makovy was born and grew up in central Texas. During the ‘80s the oil industry brought him to southeast Oklahoma and the Kerr Ranch. He is currently the herdsman for the Pineywoods Cattle, and also assists in the day to day management of the goat projects. Andy is also responsible for the maintenance and repair of the ranch equipment. He is an active member of the Pineywoods Cattle & Breeders Association.

He enjoys fishing and camping with his two children, Rocky and Brandy. Andy is also an avid motorcycle enthusiast and outdoorsman.
