Mary Penick

Mary graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. degree in Animal Science with a minor in international business.

Mary is the Livestock Manager and oversees the responsibilities of maintaining and growing the livestock research programs for the ranch.  She also provides consultation and expertise for livestock producers throughout the region and works with several other agricultural institutions providing comprehensive training on meat goat management. Mary is active in the Oklahoma Land Stewardship Alliance, GLCI, American Livestock Breeds Conservancy, Pineywoods Cattle and Breeders Association, American Kiko Goat Association, National Kiko Registry, International Kiko Goat Association, Oklahoma Master Cattlemen’s Association and the Leflore County Cattlemen’s Association.
