Lower low water crossing point. Nurse Cow Riparian Area. Taken on 3/26/98. Fence is being installed. Note electric pole in upper right hand corner of picture used as a reference point. The livestock cross on the upper side of the low water crossing resulting in bare slopes with little vegetation.
